The Housekeeping Supervisor works with the Executive Housekeeper to assist in the supervision of the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives. In addition to inspecting rooms and training room attendants, this position will perform cleaning duties in all areas of the hotel. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for delivering clean rooms for occupancy that meet the brand&rsquo;s time, product, and placement standards. 
Essential Functions 
<ul><li>
Partner with the Executive Housekeeper to recruit, develop, manage, and monitor performance while making any recommendations for disciplinary and other human resources-related actions.</li><li>
Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest suites, equipment, linens, and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest expectations. Advise employees of deficiencies and instruct on corrective action. Provide retraining as needed.</li><li>
Assist with training of employees and ensuring that they have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.</li><li>
Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.</li><li>
May perform all housekeeping duties necessary including cleaning guest suites and hotel public space to ensure guest satisfaction and owner expectations.</li><li>
Partner with the Executive Housekeeper to inventory and maintain par levels for linen and room supplies.</li><li>
Monitor commercial laundry supplies and equipment to ensure they are sufficient and in working order.</li><li>
Responsible for smooth operation of the room assignments.</li><li>
Supervise Room Attendants during the workday.</li><li>
Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.</li><li>
Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and heart of the house area of the building.</li><li>
Checks the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest needs.</li><li>
Ensures that the entire operation is performed as per hotel/brand and company standards.</li><li>
Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members</li><li>
Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.</li><li>
Manage procedures of lost and found items.</li><li>
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departmental management.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding health and safety services.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Other 
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. 
Team Members with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. 
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.

OVERVIEW
The Level 2 Post Release Services (PRS) Case Manager plays a critical role in providing essential support and services to unaccompanied children and their sponsors. This position requires a high level of technical and professional expertise to provide essential support and advocacy in ensuring the safety and well-being of children. The Level 2 PRS Case Manager primary focus is ensuring the well-being and successful integration of minors into their new environment. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate post placement services and comprehensive case management for minors.</li><li>
Carry a case minimum caseload of 15 PRS cases, services are provided virtually and in person every 90 days.</li><li>
Complete individualized needs assessments with minor and sponsor, and develop case plans with particular attention to culture, language, and special circumstances.</li><li>
Provide ongoing case management services to children and families based on their assessed needs.</li><li>

STIPEND POSITION OVERVIEW: Behavioral Health Services (BPS School Psychology Department) has received a grant and seeks to develop a talent pool of current BHS School Psychologists, School Counselors, and Social Workers to provide field supervision to university students. We will need approximately 15 school psychologist field supervisors, 15 social work supervisors, and 10 school counseling supervisors. 
This opportunity will occur weekly from August 18, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The stipend will be paid at the flat rate of $2,000 for the school year.
Please note that this program is funded by the US Department of Education (DoE). As such, stipends are dependent on the DoE's continued ability to allocate funds.
