  Responsibilities

 <ul>
  <li>
   Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance management and offboarding
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with hiring managers on recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and provide a smooth candidate experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate structured onboarding programmes to ensure smooth integration of new hires and support learning and development initiatives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a trusted HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, employment conditions, leave, payroll queries and day-to-day HR matters
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of local HR policies and procedures, in line with company standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Support performance management and talent development processes by tracking key deadlines, sending reminders, coordinating timelines and supporting the collection and documentation of required materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Organise and support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and wellbeing activities to foster a positive workplace culture
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HR data, prepare reports and support the HR Manager in local and global HR projects, including compliance and HSE topics

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role within a structured organisation
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
  </li>
  <li>
   Native-level Turkish and fluency in English, with confidence in both written and verbal communication
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and employee relations in the local context
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Confidence working with HR systems and data; good command of MS Office, HRIS experience (e.g. Workday) considered an advantage
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across functions and levels
  </li>
  <li>
   High level of discretion, integrity and reliability, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially
