<p><b>Job Title: Personal Trainer specialized in General Fitness</b></p><p>Additional specializations of interest: Swimming, Yoga, MMA, Boxing, Body Building, Injury Rehabilitation and Post Maternity</p><p><b>Company: Enhance Fitness</b></p><p><b>Location: Doha, State of Qatar</b></p><p><b>Start Date: immediately</b></p><p><b>Package: </b>Up to QAR 7,000 Basic Salary in addition to monthly commission</p><p><b>Benefits:</b> Residency and Work permit, Health Insurance, Flight to country of origin every (2) years, Free education trough Enhance workshops and online Enhance Academy, Full on-boarding training, Internal growth opportunities, Leads provided as per Enhance contract, Technology and Tablet support provided, Team Leader support</p><p><b>Term of Contract: </b>2 Years (renewable)</p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Primary Purpose of the Position</b></p><p>The Personal Trainer will be responsible for all sessions directed to him / her through the app and will fully comply and execute the requests forwarded by the system.</p><p>Reporting to the Head of Trainers located in Doha, the personal trainer will train all the clients assigned to them to the best of their knowledge, and ensure they receive a positive outcome and book additional sessions/packages.</p><p>Personal trainer will be responsible for the wellbeing of every client and will ensure they enjoy and benefit from every session</p><p>.<b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Complete agreed number of sessions per month with clients assigned to the Personal Trainer by the company</li><li>Manage and maintain trainer app, from booking to cancellations to rescheduling and ensuring that all sessions conducted are reflected in the log</li><li>Report immediately to Head of Trainers on any cancellation or postponing of sessions, or client delays</li><li>Prepare all client session workouts in advance</li><li>Connect with every client ahead of the session and manage expectations for location / timing.</li><li>Provide clients with best in class workout</li><li>Ensure tracking and monitoring of client objectives, needs and fitness goals</li><li>Schedule measurement and feedback sessions as needed based on the clients&rsquo; objectives</li><li>Ensure timely follow up of package renewal and collection of package payments (if required)</li><li>Support the marketing team by creating relevant pieces of content (e.g.: weekly workout video, how to videos etc.)</li><li>Attend weekly meetings at the office as per the request of the Head of Trainers</li><li>Complete weekly reporting and updates for the management team.</li><li>Keep timely weekly records of client information on Enhance&rsquo;s system</li><li>Return to office after finishing all daily sessions and report daily outcome to head of trainers</li></ul><p><b>Expected Behavior</b></p><p>The Personal Trainer will need behave in a manner reflective of the company&rsquo;s standards. Primarily:</p><ul><li>Adhere to company timings</li><li>Take responsibility of gear provided by the company and be accountable for any damages that occur</li><li>Arrive on time to any session booked wearing full uniformed outfits provided by Enhance</li><li>Be presentable and courteous always</li><li>Train the client to the best of their capacity maintaining a professional attitude</li><li>Not initiate or engage in &ldquo;personal conversations&rdquo; with the clients, unless the client insists on doing so; if this occurs, the personal trainer needs to inform the head of trainers about such incidents</li><li>Anticipate client needs and seek opportunities to exceed his/her expectations</li><li>Listen to your clients and be attentive to their needs always.
