 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The HR Manager leads and oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and personnel management. The role ensures SFA&rsquo;s workforce is operationally ready, legally compliant, culturally aligned, while maintaining employee welfare and supporting long-term retention.

 1)
 
 Recruitment &amp; Mobilization

 Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, contract issuance, and mobilization of aviation manpower.

 Coordinate with Operations and Planning to ensure deployment readiness of new hires.
 </li>

 Manage recruitment talent to meet high-volume manpower requirements.

 3) Employee Relations &amp; Welfare
