<br>Key Job Accountabilities - II
<br>Prepare, update and control the Company's organisation charts, and supervises their release. This includes incorporating all workforce planning changes affected on the departments' establishments and transcribe in the related departments' organization charts, supervise the production, reproduction and distribution of new organization charts. Prepare departmental organisational charts, as requested, to support reorganization proposals and change of titles.
<br>Support and develop the annual Workforce budget forecast exercise including controlling and dispatching of department workforce data, advising line managers on their data review requirements, checking completed MP data reports to ensure accuracy and that justifications for additions/deletions are in order. Review, advise and update appropriate measures and KPIs regarding QatarEnergy LNG workforce performance, ensuring measures are appropriate for analysis and business decision making.
<br>Participate in the development of new IT solutions related to Workforce Planning & OD and in collection and preparation of business requirements, evaluation and testing coordination with IT.
<br>Prepare and support Qatarization and Succession Planning activities and strategies with client groups, specifically identifying gaps and forecasting future talent to potentially fulfil positions in accordance with the Company’s Qatarization & strategic plan.

<br>Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration.

<br>8 years’ of workforce planning related experience preferably within the oil & gas industry.

As part of the Housekeeping leadership team at The Ned Doha, you will oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and service are consistently achieved. You will support the Laundry Manager in driving departmental performance, managing resources effectively, and delivering exceptional service standards that contribute to an outstanding guest experience.</p><p></p><p><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</p><ul><li>
Assist in leading and managing all laundry operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day performance</li><li>
Drive departmental productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation</li><li>
Oversee the processing of hotel linens, uniforms, guest laundry, and specialty items in accordance with brand standards</li><li>
Manage, coach, and develop the laundry team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement</li><li>
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning initiatives</li><li>
Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity reports, and quality control measures to identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>
Ensure proper maintenance and optimal utilization of laundry equipment and facilities</li><li>
Manage inventory levels, chemical usage, and operating supplies while controlling costs and minimizing waste</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Rooms Division, and other departments to ensure operational excellence and service delivery</li><li>
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial performance management</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations</li><li>

About You:</p><ul><li>
Previous managerial or supervisory experience within a luxury hotel laundry operation is essential</li><li>
Strong understanding of commercial laundry operations, fabric care, textile management, and laundry technologies</li><li>
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams</li><li>
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance management</li><li>
Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems</li><li>
