About the Role

As our HR Business Partner, you will be a visible, hands-on people leader embedded in our clinics, working side-by-side with operational leaders to build high-performing, accountable, values-driven teams. The Administrator role at Everstory is multi-faceted with the ability to learn multiple parts of the business while supporting our customers and team members. In this position, no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for creating a customer focused environment with every interaction you have through answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping on-board team members and assisting your locations leadership team. You will also be responsible for:<ul><li>
Contract processing and quality control, including verification that all contracts are valid before entry.</li><li>
Banking duties: cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions and bank deposits. May include trips to the bank for actual cash deposits.</li><li>
Cemetery daily processing of IOA&rsquo;s (Interment Order and Authorization), following the company standards and policies.</li><li>
File maintenance and record keeping: update customer files including all new sales and burials. Scan all documentations as required. Maintain Records of all memos, e-mails, corporate policies, and programs implemented.</li><li>
Human Resources: coordinate onboarding responsibilities as needed.</li><li>
Accounts Payable: Insure all bills are paid promptly. Process all purchases and invoices through the current system.</li><li>
Deeds and Certificates: Provide deeds and certificates to Sales Management each week. Log and process according to your location and or state guidelines. Trust Certificates: Check for accuracy, compare to contracts, sign and place in custom file return (email) to the Home Office Trust Department.</li><li>
Work and Memorial Orders &ndash; Order Memorials when PIF (Paid in Full). Manage work orders for Park Services.</li><li>
White Board Meetings&ndash; Take part in daily meetings between Administration, Maintenance, and Sales Department.</li><li>
Reporting: may include Trust, state required, and month end processing.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Basics: Multi-Line phone skills required. Filing skills (Alphabetically). Ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors and data entry skills. Basic math and computer skills including word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) applications or Google equivalents.</li><li>
Customer Focus: Ability to abide by all company policies and keep all employee and customer information confidential. Excellent customer service skills and optimal interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Team Focus: Proficient organizational skills. Ability to multitask efficiently and work well independently or as part of a team. Ability to effectively and quickly complete tasks and assignments and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Must possess a valid state driver&rsquo;s license and have access to a personal vehicle for some locations.</li><li>
High School equivalency required.</li><li>
Minimum of one-year experience in administration or customer service.</li></ul>

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer Lead at JPMorgan Chase within Infrastructure Platforms, you will provide infrastructure solution design and delivery, ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, scalable, and compliant. As a lead within our Infrastructure Engineering team, you'll partner with application teams and technology partners to translate business and technology requirements into implementable infrastructure designs, proactively mitigate operational and delivery risk, and drive engineering standards across environments.
Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Infrastructure Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, network, and virtualization platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.</li><li>
Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction, mentor team members, and facilitate cross-team design reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices.</li><li>
Project Delivery: Drive infrastructure initiatives from concept to production, including build, migration, upgrade, and decommission activities. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>
Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce runbooks, monitoring and alerting standards, capacity planning, and operational readiness criteria. Continuously improve incident prevention, detection, and response measures.</li><li>
Risk Management: Proactively identify infrastructure risks such as resiliency gaps, single points of failure, capacity constraints, and security exposures. Develop and execute risk mitigation plans, including architectural changes and remediation roadmaps.</li><li>
Incident Management: Lead or contribute to incident post-mortems, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to enhance platform reliability.</li><li>
Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into engineering requirements and technical designs, ensuring solutions align with technology strategy, roadmaps, and architectural guardrails.</li><li>
Security &amp; Compliance: Ensure infrastructure designs incorporate security-by-design principles, including identity and access controls, encryption, segmentation, patching, vulnerability management, and auditability. Support governance activities such as risk assessments, control reviews, technology lifecycle management, and change management.</li><li>
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate technology products and services, contribute to selection decisions, and guide implementation and integration to optimize platform capabilities.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul><li>
Formal training or certification on Infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience</li><li>
Experience in infrastructure engineering, with proven ownership of solution design and delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.</li><li>
Deep expertise in multiple domains, including Windows/Linux systems, virtualization and/or containers (e.g., ESXi, VMware), networking (DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls), storage, and backup/recovery concepts.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lead technical design reviews, influence decision-making, and align diverse stakeholders.</li><li>
Strong experience in risk management, resiliency planning (HA/DR), and operational readiness.</li><li>
Proficiency with observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces), capacity forecasting, and performance engineering.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and present to leadership.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul><li>
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, automation and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, PowerCLI)
</li><li>Familiarity with security and regulatory controls, vulnerability remediation processes, and audit support.</li><li>
Experience leading infrastructure modernization (e.g., data center migration, platform standardization).</li><li>
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud integration.
