The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a solid understanding of Qatar's labor laws and regulations. You will be responsible for managing HR functions, overseeing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while contributing to the growth of our organization.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Recruitment and Onboarding:</b></li><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.</li><li>Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and induction programs.</li><li><b>Employee Relations:</b></li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.</li><li>Handle employee grievances and conflicts, providing appropriate solutions while ensuring compliance with Qatar&rsquo;s labor laws.</li><li><b>Payroll Management:</b></li><li>Ensure accurate processing of employee payroll, including salaries, allowances, and overtime.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related data.</li><li>Coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursement of salaries.</li><li><b>Compliance with Qatar Labor Law:</b></li><li>Stay up-to-date with changes to Qatar&rsquo;s labor laws and ensure company policies align with legal requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit reports related to labor law compliance, including work permits, visas, and other employment documentation.</li><li>Advise management and employees on matters relating to labor law, contracts, and workers' rights.</li><li><b>Performance Management:</b></li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.</li><li>Monitor employee performance and provide guidance on development plans and career progression.</li><li><b>Training and Development:</b></li><li>Identify training needs and coordinate the organization of internal and external training programs.</li><li>Support the development of employees' skills and career growth.</li><li><b>HR Reporting:</b></li><li>Generate HR-related reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b></li><li>A diploma in Human Resources or related field is mandatory.</li><li><b>Experience:</b></li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within Qatar.</li><li>Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Laws, including regulations on visas, work permits, and employee rights.</li><li>Hands-on experience in payroll management, including knowledge of salary structure, overtime, allowances, and deductions.</li><li><b>Skills and Competencies:</b></li><li>Strong knowledge of Qatar&rsquo;s labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.</li><li>Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee grievances professionally.</li><li><b>Language Skills:</b></li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus but not mandatory).</li></ul><p><b>Working Conditions:</b></p><ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Based in Qatar.</li><li>Competitive salary with benefits (e.g., medical insurance, paid leave).</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Contract<br/>Contract length: 24 months</p><p>Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Human resources: 3 years (Required)</li></ul><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
