<li>Maintain accountability for the growth of your provided territory, both through the development of existing relationships as well as the acquisition of new customers</li>
<li>Identify and analyze past buying patterns of current accounts, and brainstorm ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplier</li>
<li>Provide a state of the art customer service experience, positioning yourself as their desired one-stop shop</li>
<li>Educate yourself on, and continuously stay up to date with, Richelieu&rsquo;s Finishing product offerings, as well as ever-changing market conditions and competitive analysis</li>
<li>Hold responsibility for system information and reporting in CRM application</li>
<li>As this position requires regular automobile travel, you must have your own independent, reliable transportation. This position requires you to work &quot;in the field,&quot; making in-person visits to customers three to four days per week</li>
<li>This position may involve lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds, working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
What We Are Looking For</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Technically-minded, preferably with a <b>background or experience in chemistry or science, and/or spray coatings</b></li>
<li>University degree &ndash; preferred in chemistry /science</li>
<li>Spray application finish background is a plus</li>
<li>Must have an understanding of (or ability to quickly gain expertise in) coatings and finishing with various products, applications, and methods</li>
<li>Passionate, proactive, coachable, strong work ethic</li>
<li>Ability to schedule and manage your own time, delivering on the activities that produce results</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills</li>
<li>Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software an asset</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks</li></ul><br>
