The Landfill Heavy Equipment Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on light to heavy machinery and light duty to heavy trucks, including loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and other construction and landfill vehicles. Under the supervision of senior maintenance staff, this role provides hands-on experience in equipment upkeep while ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. The example of duties listed below fulfill the minimum requirements of this role. Other duties as relevantly apply to the position may be assigned. 


This is a &quot;mandatory testing&quot; position that requires Drug Testing. 


EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Perform routine inspections on heavy equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, such as checking and changing fluids, changing filters, greasing components, and inspecting tires and tracks.

Assist with maintaining equipment maintenance logs and records, documenting inspections and any repairs or maintenance activities.

Under supervision, perform minor repairs and adjustments on machinery, such as replacing worn parts, fixing leaks, and adjusting mechanical components.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, identifying problems, and implementing corrective actions to keep equipment running efficiently.

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions to senior maintenance staff.

Ensure maintenance activities comply with relevant environmental and regulatory requirements.

Assist with cleaning equipment and tools after maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.

Work closely with experienced maintenance personnel to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.

Participate in training and development opportunities to improve technical skills and knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Help track maintenance schedules and ensure that all equipment is serviced according to manufacturer recommendations and company guidelines.

Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, supervisor, and/or director/manager of pharmacy services, the Pharmacy Technician II - Inpatient performs a variety of technical and clerical duties for the hospital-wide unit dose drug distribution system and intravenous admixture program. This position is responsible to maintain confidential reports, enter and retrieve data utilizing the computer system, prepare intravenous medication, assists in all aspects of labeling and preparation of medication, assists with management of inventory including receiving and storing medication as well as preparation and delivery of narcotics, data collection related to medication center review and quality improvement, assists in monitoring and management of emergency carts through the hospital, fill automated medication dispensing system with a supply of unit dose medications, procure, and fill requests for pharmaceutical supplies and deliver supplies to nursing units.
 
With the use of an automated dispensing system printout, fills each automated dispensing cabinet with a 24-hour supply of medications. Verifies the contents of automated dispensing system stock by checking stock filled by another technician. Fills patient medication orders with the correct medication from computer labels prior to each hourly run. Fills and delivers narcotic orders to nursing units and ancillary departments according to policy and procedure. Delivers checked medications to the nursing units. Refills automated dispensing system to prescribed par levels. Reports unusual occurrences to the pharmacists. Restocks nursing units, operating room, recovery room, and ancillary departments with a limited supply of floor stock medications and supplies. Maintains and restocks individual filling stations and work areas, including all satellites while contributing to the maintenance of a fixed, minimal level of pharmacy inventory. Prepackages and labels medications into unit doses from bulk supply. Reorders pharmacy supplies from the hospital warehouse. When necessary, mix and combine pharmaceutical products for hospital use. Bills/credits patient medications by use of the computer charging system . Maintains pharmacy in a clean and organized fashion. Maintains clean and sterile environment within the intravenous admixture area, including clean room. Routinely washes with appropriate germicidal solutions all hoods, counters, carts, and all other equipment that will be used within the work area. Prepares all IV additive medications using sterile technique as directed by the pharmacist and according to the policies and procedures set by the pharmacy department. Generates reports and labels to compile and arranges a work list for the preparation of an adequate number of IV admixtures to cover a 24-hour period. Responsible for safe and careful handling of chemotherapeutic medications Assembles materials for the preparation of the daily supply of IVs including medication labels, medications, solutions, syringes, needles, and administration sets and other equipment necessary. Labels a 24-hour supply of IV bags and syringes with the computer generated patient name and drug/dose label. Ensures that all IVs are properly labeled with the information deemed necessary by the Intravenous Admixture Guidelines. Checks finished solutions for clarity and particulate matter and places IVs in proper storage area after the final check by the pharmacist. Prepares bulk manufactured IV syringes as per par levels. Maintains workload records and statistics as required. Routinely checks expiration dates of IV medication in the pharmacy department and on the nursing units. Rotates and recycles stock when needed.Assist in other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the department and organization. The Salon Technician is responsible for providing salon clientele with professional services relating to the care and treatment of hair, nails, and skin. This position reports to the Salon Manager or Desk Manager. This position is nonexempt.

Our salons are located in high traffic, premier mall locations throughout the Southeast. We are looking for the best skin specialists in the industry to participate in our rapid growth.
 
Position Description: 
The Esthetician reports to the Salon Manager and is responsible for providing salon clientele with professional services relating to the care and treatment of skin.
 
Client Services
 Meeting or exceeding personal service and retail sales goals.
 Acknowledging the client within a reasonable time of client’s checking into the salon.
 Building a client base by recruiting New Request Clients and maintaining Customer Client Cards.
 Providing quality professional service through technical skills and prescribing appropriate retail products to clients.
 Responding professionally to customer service issues and promptly addressing complaints.
 Exhibiting good communication skills.
 Ongoing continuing education on products, services, and current issues relating to the industry.
 Salon / Personal Presentation
 Ensuring personal work area and salon meet and exceed State Board Regulations.
 Performing basic salon housekeeping duties of cleaning, stocking, and client cards.
 Effectively organizing time and resources to meet sales goals.
 Communication with Salon Management regarding issues and needs.
 Meeting salon guidelines for attendance and tardiness.
 Maintaining an updated professional appearance and meets the salon dress code.
 
Education & Experience: 
Must possess a valid and current board certified license.
 Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred.
 
Physical: 
Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment.
 Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds.
 Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
