 . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
 
 
 Your role
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree qualified in landscaping and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership)

 Candidates will ideally have minimum 12+ years relevant working experience in Landscape/Horticulture Site Supervision, documentation and site implementation

 In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittal &amp; method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
