Plan and ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, intermediates, and finished goods to meet production needs.
</li><li>Optimize resource utilization to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth operations.
</li><li>Recommend and implement improvements, standardizations, and developments in production processes.
</li><li>Manage inventory levels effectively to support production and minimize waste.
</li><li>Propose and monitor internal supply chain KPIs (e.g., Days Inventory Outstanding - DIO).
</li><li>Handle operational purchasing of direct materials and ensure timely procurement.
</li><li>Process orders in compliance with established procedures and company policies.
</li><li>Support budget preparation for the production area and monitor adherence.
</li><li>Introduce and manage phase-in/phase-out systems to streamline internal material processes.
</li><li>Lead small-scale projects or support larger initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, quality, or safety.
</li><li>Evaluate suppliers and drive continuous improvement in their delivery performance (if applicable).
</li><li>Manage purchasing of indirect materials (if applicable).
</li><li>Collaborate with production, supply chain, and business units to resolve capacity planning issues.

Your Profile &ndash; What do You bring as Production Engineer?</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
</li><li>Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
</li><li>Excellent communication and project management abilities.
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across departments.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
