<div><div>Following local suppliers and required local repairs</div></div>
<div><div>Identify new opportunities - Sales, service agreements, technical support/solutions etc.</div></div>
<div><div>Secure that our clients utilize our equipment according to manuals and documentation</div></div>

<p>Field Service Technician must support Workshop and Field Service growth in securing service and retrofit on own installed base and competitions installed base.</p>
<p>
In close relationship with both Aftermarket, Engineering. The Technician must service all customers professionally and secure a high degree of customer satisfaction. The Technician is expected to work consistently with securing on time delivery of support, to customers and business partners.</p>
<p><b><i>
What Will You Do?</i></b></p>
<ul>
<div><div>Supervise and support the installed base of equipment, including new installations and commissioning, maintenance and servicing, as well as retrofit activities and upgrades.</div></div>
<div><div>
Perform on-site technical support and field service activities, such as troubleshooting and diagnostics, overhauls and repairs (both on-site and in the workshop), and execution of tasks in line with technical manuals and documentation.</div></div>
<div><div>Perform overseas field service activities.</div></div>
<div><div>
Identify and support new business opportunities; promote service agreements and technical support solutions; recommend spare parts, upgrades, and system improvements.</div></div>
<div><div>
Ensure all work complies with Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) guidelines, local regulations, and company standards.</div></div>
<div><div>
Prepare and submit accurate documentation, including reports and records.</div></div>
<div><div>
Provide technical advice to customers based on company specifications, standards, and tolerances to ensure optimal equipment performance and value.</div></div>
<div><div>
Ensure customers operate the equipment in accordance with manuals and best practices.</div></div>
<div><div>
Participate in customer visits and meetings</div></div>
<div><div>
Adhere to company rules, policies, and general guidelines.</div></div>
</ul>
<p><b><i>Your Experience Should Be&hellip;</i></b></p>
<ul>
<div><div>Applicants should hold a degree from vocational technical schools or similar technical colleges.</div></div>
<div><div>
Preferably, candidates should have experience with rotating equipment such as fans, blowers, compressors, and turbines.</div></div>
<div><div>
Previous workshop experience is preferred</div></div>
<div><div>
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.</div></div>
<div><div>
Hands-on experience is needed</div></div>
<div><div>
Technical background/Skills.</div></div>
<div><div>
Service-minded and understand the importance of identifying customer needs.</div></div>
<div><div>
Friendly and efficient communications with colleagues and customers</div></div>

Persistent and used to working independently.</div></div>
