Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Set up Vendors; with the knowledge of 1099-Misc IRS guidelines</li>
<li>Distribute incoming mail for approvals</li>
<li>Daily processing of vendor invoices, General Ledger coding and project coding verification in Deltek and ORAA for multiple companies</li>
<li>Enter high volume invoices for multiple subsidiaries; verify authorized approvers</li>

This person must be dependable, proactive, and personally committed to producing high-quality work product, driving proposal excellence, and supporting ECC&rsquo;s continued growth and success.This is an in-office position based in either our Anchorage, Alaska or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office, with occasional flexibility for remote work.Essential Duties &amp; Job Functions:Proposal Management<ul><li>Lead and coordinate the full proposal lifecycle, from opportunity tracking through submission and post-submission follow-up</li><li>Review, analyze, and interpret RFP/RFQ requirements to develop compliance matrices, proposal outlines, writing templates, and response strategies</li><li>Develop proposal schedules, assign responsibilities, track deadlines, and facilitate kickoff meetings, go/no-go discussions, strategy sessions, and cost reviews</li><li>Analyze solicitations and amendments to identify revised requirements and update proposal strategy and documentation accordingly</li><li>Collaborate with proposal contributors, reviewers, and cost estimators to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of compliant, high-quality proposals</li><li>Maintain and update CRM and opportunity tracking systems throughout the proposal lifecycle, including pursuit records, forms, and related templates</li><li>Support post-submission activities including debriefs, file management, and proposal data collection</li><li>Help improve proposal systems, templates, workflow, and best practices to support long-term success</li></ul>Content Development &amp; Editing<ul><li>Write, edit, and tailor technical and non-technical proposal content to ensure it is compliant, strategic, compelling, and aligned with ECC standards</li><li>Draft and submit timely responses to RFIs and sources sought notices</li><li>Translate complex environmental concepts into clear, client-focused messaging, and revise third-party contributions as needed to meet solicitation requirements</li><li>Create or assist with sample job plans, standard operating procedures, and other proposal support materials as needed</li><li>Develop proposal review packages, evaluate reviewer feedback, and lead incorporation of review comments</li><li>Perform quality reviews and final document preparation, including editing for grammar, spelling, factual accuracy, clarity, formatting, and consistency with ECC standards</li><li>Maintain and update proposal boilerplate, resumes, project descriptions, and templates</li></ul>Strategy &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Support win strategy development, including win themes, differentiators, and value propositions</li><li>Collaborate with environmental scientists, project managers, subject matter experts, teaming partners, and operations staff to develop strong, responsive proposals</li><li>Track proposal metrics, support continuous improvement efforts, and provide guidance or training to proposal team members and CRM users as needed</li><li>Support strategic business development and other special projects as assigned</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Business Development Support<ul><li>Assist in identifying growth opportunities through market research and opportunity tracking resources</li><li>Support development of qualifications packages, capability statements, and other marketing materials</li><li>Assist with client, market, and competitor research as needed</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>BA/BS from an accredited college or university in related field such as Marketing, Journalism, Business, Environmental Science, etc.</li><li>4+ years of relevant experience in proposal coordination/project management</li><li>5+ years of related A/E industry, environmental consulting, federal government contracting experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience responding to broad range of proposals, from quick-turn task orders to large-scale complex IDIQs.
