JOB SUMMARY:
As a Field Medical Case Manager at ForzaCare, you'll help injured workers navigate their recovery and return to work. You'll act as the central point of coordination, connecting the injured worker, medical providers, employers, and insurance carriers to ensure timely, transparent, and effective care management.
This role is ideal for licensed nurses or certified rehabilitation counselors. While prior experience in workers' compensation is strongly preferred, those who have it will find their background especially valuable in this role. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Community Case Manager is responsible for providing 
support services for the customer-owner including assistance with community resources and 
developing; and executing a customer-owner&rsquo;s service plan to enhance daily life healthy 
functioning.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree in a social services field of study AND one (1) year of work experience 
providing direct customer-owner care in a behavioral health setting; OR an equivalent 
combination of education and experience.

2. One (1) additional year of professional and supervised social service or related work 
experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; OR demonstrated 
proficiency as a Behavioral Health Case Manager/Behavioral Health Technician II at 
SCF.

3. Must meet the following conditions to qualify as an approved SCF driver:

The Pro XM drives efficient Pro customer flow, enforces Pro standards, and ensures deliveries are on-time and complete.  <div><div>The University Police Department provides safety services for the Anchorage campus and residential halls. Made up of sworn officers, a chief, sergeants, dispatchers, non-sworn security, civilian records professionals, and student workers, we show up every day to help students accomplish their educational goals in peace and safety. Emergency dispatchers gather, correlate, prioritize and analyze all pertinent information regarding emergency and non-emergency situations, in order to establish proper UPD response/procedure and requirements. They solve complex problems daily using established guidelines and procedures in order to provide correct safety, security and services for the general public and police officers. 
 
Dispatchers often make technical decisions without referral to higher supervision due to the immediacy of the situations at hand- for instance, when to make a call out (home phone) to supervisors, the Chief, Lieutenants, Dean of Students, Chancellors' personnel and the CRT group. Decide whether a Building Manager needs to be contacted, etc. 
 
Due to the increasing domestic, terrorism and more volatile situations that have risen world-wide, dispatchers are continuously taught/updated on how to handle individual situations. For example: bomb threats, terroristic threats, sexual assaults, etc. Dispatch must be able to recognize any/all threats/situations (telephonically) involving the UAA community and surrounding areas and know the proper response, responders and contacts for each situation.

Essential Functions</h1>
<ul><li>Demonstrates and evaluates safe work practices. Uses &ldquo;lead by example&rdquo; approach to safety procedures in the facility. Evaluates agents constantly to see that they are using safe work practices.</li><li>
Demonstrates safe work practices when observing agents using unsafe practices.</li><li>
Demonstrates an understanding of the daily customer service processes and procedures.</li><li>
Analyzes current work processes and procedures for application and efficiency. Implements new work processes and procedures as necessary. Trains new and current employees on new processes and procedures.</li><li>
Carries a high attention to detail. Demonstrates a critical eye for accurate freight receipt and freight storage requirements. Works with agents to see that the freight that is accepted is packaged in a manner as such so that it is not damaged, will not be damaged and/or cannot damage other freight, hurt an employee, and/or damage equipment used to transport it.</li><li>
Evaluates incoming freight for its compatibility with the aircraft and modify the freight build-up to facilitate ease in loading. Recognizes freight which should not be accepted for transportation. Determines the best possible utilization of warehouse, ramp, and connex space for storage of outgoing and backhaul freight. Communicates the size and weight restrictions of company aircraft to the customer when needed.</li><li>
Coach's agents to use their time sensibly so that that freight is built, marked and tagged completely and accurately.</li><li>
Relays company expectations to CSA&rsquo;s. Demonstrates the understanding of all company processes. Ensures the compliance by all agents and, if needed, implements disciplinary action.</li><li>
When new procedures are implemented, makes sure the training of agents is complete to provide the best possible value to the company and its customers.</li><li>
 Assists in disciplining customer service employees. Discreetly performs informal disciplinary action with employees when necessary. Informs the Cargo Manager of any employees who may need formal disciplinary action.</li><li>
 Assists customers with concerns and claims as they arise. Addresses initial customer concerns regarding damaged freight, timely transportation in person or on the telephone. Documents customer concerns that need the attention of the Cargo Manager and pass the information on to him or her. Follows up on customer issues that are delegated to others for resolution.</li></ul>

Assists manager or assistant store manager in evaluating and developing displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions.</li><li>
