Job Description</b><p><br>
BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining discipline-specific BIM models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clash-free integration across architectural, structural, and MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>
The role acts as the technical bridge between designers, engineers, and construction teams.</p><p><b>
Key responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection models</li><li>
Lead MEP clash detection and resolution with other disciplines</li><li>
Ensure proper system routing, clearances, and access zones</li><li>
Manage MEP families, system parameters, and calculations</li><li>

Qualifications</b><br>
