THE POSITION: BARTENDER

<ul><li> Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for both bar and dining room guests, following standard recipes</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance at all times</li></ul>
<ul><li> Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service throughout their experience</li></ul>
<ul><li> Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service</li></ul>
<ul><li> Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of guests and team members</li></ul>

Bartender &ndash; Essential Functions<ul><li>
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality</li><li>
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards</li><li>
Guide guests through the beverage menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences</li><li>
Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and seasonal offerings</li><li>
Anticipate guest needs and create personalized, memorable experiences</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar throughout service</li><li>
Accurately process orders and payments while following cash-handling procedures</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking bar supplies as needed</li><li>
Collaborate with servers, culinary teams, and leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences</li><li>
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, health and safety standards, and company policies</li><li>
Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred</li><li>
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits</li><li>
Hotel experience is not required&mdash;a fun, welcoming personality is a must</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset</li><li>
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>
Commitment to high service standards; Forbes standards knowledge is a plus</li></ul>
Compensation:
$10.30 Per Hour plus Gratuity
