ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Develop and continually revise curriculum required development and routine revision of curriculum that includes adaptation of curriculum to college delivery standards, strategic directions, employer/advisory feedback, and industry/regulatory standards. This also includes but is not limited to Open Educational Resources (OER), textbook change, assessment plan, credit for prior learning assessment tools, and employability skills.</div></li><li><div>
Utilize engaging instructional strategies and methodologies which foster student success both in and outside of the classroom.</div></li><li><div>
Create learning experiences which integrate multiple alternative or emerging delivery methodologies and instructional technologies to maximize student success, including, but not limited to, hybrid, face-to-face, video conferencing, self-paced, and on-line course delivery.</div></li><li><div>
Provide immediate, routine, and consistent feedback to students to assist them in improving performance in technical and core ability competencies.</div></li><li><div>

Applicant must have three years of experience specific to program needs at the time of hire (recent experience preferred).</div></li><li><div>

Nurses looking for autonomy and variety should consider practicing in Hospice Care. As an Admissions RN, you will join a team that is dedicated to making our patients' final days, weeks, and months as comfortable as possible.</p>

Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 12:00 pm-8:00 pm</b></p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:
</b></h3><div><ul><li>Participation in the information gathering, analysis, education and form completion aspects of the admissions process</li>
<li>Evaluate patients for hospice appropriateness, e.g. medical records review as requested.</li>
<li>Obtain agreement for admission of referred patients and families who meet admission criteria.</li>
<li>Analyze data collected to facilitate/obtain admission orders</li>
<li>Build effective referral source relationships to support the high quality and responsiveness expectations associated with Moments Hospice</li>
<li>Maintain clinical and professional competence.</li>
<li>Take the initiative in developing effective relationships internally with the appropriate admissions and patient care resource persons.</li>
<li>Utilize interpersonal skills to help appropriately educate and address any questions the patient and/or patient&rsquo;s family has concerning hospice and palliative care</li>
</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements:</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license</li>
<li>Driver's license, insurance and vehicle</li>
<li>1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Utmost compassion and integrity</li>
<li>Currently licensed as a R.N. in the state where duties are performed.</li>
<li>Previous hospital, physician practice, LTC or ALF experience</li>
<li>Strong Presentation Skills</li>
<li>Previous sales or service experience preferred</li>
