The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year/per hour (select one), plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.</div><div>

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team and help scale the world-class Manhattan WMS solution across our Fulfillment network. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about product management and eager to make a direct impact on our supply chain operations.</div><div> 
This will require you to travel to various Fulfillment Center locations across the U.S. and potentially the UK and Canada. This will equate to traveling 50% of the time. Within this role you will be expected to travel to Boston at a minimum of quarterly for Supply Chain Solution all-hands events and to work with engineering.</div><div> 
What You'll Do</div>

This individual will be part of a team focused on designing and building, and implementing our next generation fulfillment software solution.</div><ul><li><div> 
Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Warehouse operations, Network operations, Technology.</div></li>

Partner closely with Warehousing operations in a specific domain (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory control, Returns, etc) to identify and deliver tech-enabled solutions.</div></li>

Manage processes and engagement with key cross-functional partners to define requirements for building new capabilities.</div></li>

Partner with vendors to identify the best solutions for build vs buy from a software perspective.</div></li>
