Education Requirements:

Basic Requirements:
<ul><li>Salesforce Proficiency: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or data operations, with a strong focus on data hygiene and bulk updates.</li><li>
M&amp;A Data Integration: Proven experience (1&ndash;3 years) managing data migration or systems integration projects, specifically mapping disparate datasets into a unified CRM schema.</li><li>
Expert Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas to validate and scrub data before system ingestion.</li><li>
Data Normalization: Demonstrated ability to clean, deduplicate, and normalize high volumes of &quot;messy&quot; data from external sources.</li><li>
High-Volume Execution: Capacity to handle multiple, overlapping projects, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.</li><li>
Independent Project Management: Ability to drive integration tasks to completion with minimal oversight once initial mapping rules are established.</li></ul>
Preferred Requirements:
<ul><li>Black Diamond Knowledge: Previous experience with householding, account merging, or performance reporting in Black Diamond is a strong plus.</li><li>
DemandTools Experience: Familiarity with DemandTools for advanced deduplication and data maintenance is highly desirable.</li><li>
Financial Services Context: Prior experience working in an RIA, PE firm, or investment advisory environment is preferred.</li></ul>
