<p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>Savvy Ecom Solutions is currently seeking a <b>reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member</b> to join us <i>in-person</i> and handle <b>returns, refunds, courier claims, and customer communication</b> for our <b>Amazon UK and Temu online stores</b>.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplace operations, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in ensuring smooth, accurate workflows and happy customers.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Process and track all <b>refunds, returns, and replacements</b> on Amazon and Temu.</li><li>Manage and submit <b>Evri courier claims</b> for lost or damaged parcels, ensuring proper follow-up.</li><li>Communicate with customers via <b>email and platform messages</b>, resolving issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Maintain accurate <b>records and logs</b> of refunds, claims, and parcel issues.</li><li>Prepare <b>weekly summary reports</b> on refunds and claims for management.</li><li>Collaborate with the e-commerce team to <b>improve efficiency and maintain service quality</b>.</li><li>Support additional <b>admin or operations tasks</b> related to marketplace management as needed.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li><b>Minimum 6 months&rsquo; experience</b> managing or supporting <b>Amazon Private Label (PL)</b> operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>Amazon Seller Central</b> and/or <b>Temu Seller Portal</b>.</li><li>Familiar with <b>Evri claim procedures</b> (or willing to learn quickly).</li><li><b>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</b> &ndash; comfortable creating reports, tracking data, and organizing information.</li><li>Excellent <b>English communication skills</b> &ndash; both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong <b>attention to detail</b>, organisation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Must be able to work <b>in-person during standard business hours</b> with our team.</li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have</b></p><ul><li>Experience in <b>e-commerce customer service, logistics, or claims management</b>.</li><li>Understanding of <b>UK consumer return/refund regulations</b>.</li><li>A proactive approach to work, with a focus on <b>accuracy and accountability</b>.</li></ul><p><b>Hours &amp; Pay</b></p><ul><li><b>Full-time, in-person</b> position.</li><li><b>Monday&ndash;Friday</b>, standard business hours.</li><li><b>Competitive salary</b> based on experience.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
