 Position Summary
 
 
 The General Manager is responsible for the
 
 overall leadership, direction, and performance
 
 of Aloft Muscat. This role oversees all aspects of hotel operations, with a strong focus on Food &amp; Beverage, guest experience, team engagement, and commercial performance, while ensuring full compliance with Marriott brand standards and local regulations.

 Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and oversee all hotel operations including Rooms, F&amp;B, Engineering, Finance, Sales &amp; Marketing, and Human Resources
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure seamless day-to-day operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand standards, operational audits, and Marriott compliance requirements
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Food &amp; Beverage Excellence
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Personally champion F&amp;B operations, innovation, quality, and profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive performance of the all-day dining and specialty restaurant concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor cost controls, menu engineering, supplier management, and service delivery
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Financial &amp; Commercial Performance

 Develop and execute annual business plans and operating budgets
 </li>

 Drive GOP, revenue growth, market positioning, and cost efficiencies

 Lead, inspire, and develop a team of approximately 80 associates

 Act as the ambassador of the Aloft brand within Muscat

 Ensure full compliance with Marriott policies, health &amp; safety standards, and local regulations

 Candidate Profile Experience &amp; Background

 Strong operations background, ideally with significant Food &amp; Beverage leadership experience
 </li>

 Experience within lifestyle or select-service hotels preferred
 </li>
