JOB OVERVIEW
The Payroll Garnishment and Junior Tax Analyst support garnishment processes and payroll tax functions. Responsibilities include accurately uploading and reporting garnishments received by mail, email, or agencies to ADP Smart Compliance, and responding to inquiries from ADP, courts, agencies, and employees about wage attachments. The Junior Tax Analyst also assists the Senior Tax Analyst in ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
This role is offered as temp-to-perm, beginning with a 90-day temporary assignment.</div><div>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<div>
Garnishment Administration: 
<ul><li>Manage and process employee garnishments, including child support, student loans, wage assignments, bankruptcy orders, and state and federal tax levies, in strict compliance with all applicable regulations.</li><li>Open mail, review documents for accuracy and completeness, scan, and upload garnishments to ADP.</li><li>Maintain the CSC site by downloading garnishments, reviewing for completeness and accuracy, and uploading to ADP.</li><li>Respond to inquiries from ADP, courts, agencies, and employees about wage attachments.</li><li>Process employee garnishment refunds in Workday.</li></ul> 
Payroll Tax Compliance:

Garnishment and Jr. Payroll Tax Analyst

<div>Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst Online Merchandising - Promotional Strategy will be responsible for identifying ways to optimize promotional effectiveness within The Home Depot's online ecosystem. They will deliver value by supporting new, innovative, and strategic online selling concepts, site features, and functionalities. 
This individual will work with cross-functional team members to contribute to the discovery, planning and execution of these initiatives. The Sr. Analyst Online Merchandising - Promotional Strategy will be responsible for determining the prioritization of initiatives, performing business analysis and developing KPI reporting to ensure sales and profitability are in line with strategic and financial plans. The Sr. Analyst Online Merchandising - Promotional Strategy will also be responsible for understanding and communicating the impacts of these initiatives on other business areas.
