Position Overview: 
The R2R Analyst (Record-to-Report) is responsible for managing key areas of the financial close process, ensuring that account balances are accurate, fully reconciled, and supported. The role involves reviewing journal entries, handling complex reconciliations, and ensuring completeness of financial data prior to reporting.
What you&rsquo;ll do as a R2R Analyst:

Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for reporting and audits</li><li>

What you will bring to the team:
Requirements<ul><li>
1 &ndash; 2 years of experience in R2R / General Ledger
</li><li>Strong experience with:
<ul><li>Financial close processes
</li><li>Complex reconciliations
</li></ul></li><li>Ability to review and correct journal entries and account balances
</li><li>Understanding of financial reporting and control requirements
</li><li>Assist the Line Manager on the Financial reporting.</li><li>
Experience working with ERP systems
</li><li>Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and analysis
</li></ul>Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Finance preferred), or an equivalent qualification / certification
