 Payroll &amp; Compensation Duties.

 Retirement &amp; Pension Duties.

 Submit pension contribution reports for Qatari employees to the General Retirement &amp; Social Insurance Authority.

 Update financial data in the Authority&rsquo;s system, including basic salary, social allowance, and housing allowance.

 Monitor pension deductions and coordinate with the Authority regarding retirement cases, including GCC employees.
