Who You Are:</b></p><ul><li><p>
5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, or talent program roles.</p></li><li><p>
Experience managing or supporting performance management, talent review, or succession planning processes.</p></li><li><p>
Experience leading or contributing to engagement programs, including survey deployment and action planning.</p></li><li><p>
Experience building or scaling career frameworks, development programs, or manager enablement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>
Experience using people data and metrics to track outcomes and inform decisions.</p></li><li><p>

The target salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles.
