</li><li>Raise technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope, and maintain preferred McDermott procedures, specifications, standards, practices, and operational requirements

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize system performance.</li><li>

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to wastewater treatment.</li><li>
Carrying out Concept, preliminary and detailed engineering works related to process engineering such as developing PFD, P&amp;ID mass balance.</li><li>
Carryout design of odour control systems including bio filtration and activated carbon filtration as required.</li><li>
Excellent report writing skills.</li><li>
Coordination with other Discipline Engineers as applicable.</li><li>
Coordinate with BIM/CAD Technicians concerning project requirements and timelines.</li><li>
Conducting client and project meetings as required by the project.</li><li>
Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met in all designs.</li><li>
Support the project submittals and No Objection Certificates (NOC) process to the relevant Authorities.</li><li>
Allocating resources and time effectively</li><li>
Stay updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline.</li><li>
Understand the contract and scope of project deliverables.</li><li>
Ensure that Health &amp; Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies.</li><li>
Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to Seniors or MEP manager.</li><li>
Attend and contribute in team and project meetings as required.</li><li>
Complete accurate time sheets by set deadline.</li><li>

What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.</li><li>
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or licensed Professional Engineer (PE) from UK, USA or European affiliations or equivalent accepted by Qatar is required.</li><li>
Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering within the wastewater industry.</li><li>
Proven experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion.</li><li>
Familiarity with Qatar environmental regulations pertaining to wastewater treatment.</li><li>
MME registration is preferred but will be required upon hiring.</li><li>
Proficiency in using process simulation software. Required to have working knowledge of WATS software.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results -</li><li>
