Looking for a proven Product Marketer for Lattice, our foundational AI-powered software platform, that can unearth technical differentiators, package compelling value propositions and messaging, and spearhead marketing initiatives that range across marketing collateral, narratives, in-person and digital experiences, the Lattice Partner Programs, marketing campaigns, and product go-to-market. WHAT YOU'LL DO:</h3>
<ul><li>Understand and translate the thousands of technical miracles that Lattice accomplishes to deliver capability into understanding of the power of Lattice</li>

<li>Work with the Partnership and SDK team to super-charge the Lattice Partner Program and Lattice SDK by marketing partners, case studies, and testimonials that speak to the openness, capability, and ease of integration with Lattice</li>

About the role
As VP, Enterprise Storage Business Unit, you will lead the business end-to-end with full P&amp;L responsibility. You will set the strategy, define priorities, and drive execution across product management, R&amp;D, go-to-market alignment, customer success, and operational performance.
Your portfolio includes Tuxera's in-market, high-performance Fusion SMB server product&mdash;trusted by enterprise and cloud customers globally for performance, scalability, reliability, and production readiness&mdash;alongside Fusion NFS, our upcoming server offering on the path to market for customers who want to help shape what &ldquo;production-ready&rdquo; looks like next.
This role calls for a general manager mindset: a leader who combines commercial drive, technical credibility, and operational discipline &mdash; and who can build a scalable business while strengthening long-term customer trust.
This position is based at Tuxera's HQ in Espoo, Finland, or in the U.S. (Dallas, Texas, or Seattle, Washington).
What you'll do
<ul><li>Own the Enterprise Storage Business Unit end-to-end, with accountability for strategy, execution, revenue growth, and profitability.</li><li>
Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap, aligning product strategy, R&amp;D investment, and market opportunity.</li><li>
Lead a cross-functional global organization spanning product management, R&amp;D, customer support, sales enablement, business development, and marketing.</li><li>
Drive P&amp;L management including forecasting, budgeting, investment prioritization, and KPI-based performance tracking.</li><li>
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position Fusion as a leading choice for high-performance, scalable, and production-grade file services.</li><li>
Build and grow strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, storage software vendors, and enterprise platform providers.</li><li>
Engage directly with customers &mdash; from executive stakeholders to technical decision-makers &mdash; to drive adoption, retention, and long-term success.</li><li>
Ensure operational excellence across product quality, delivery predictability, support effectiveness, and lifecycle management.</li><li>

What you bring
<ul><li>10+ years of senior leadership in enterprise storage and data infrastructure, including hyperscale cloud service provider (CSP) infrastructure and IaaS platform back ends.</li><li>
Proven experience owning and scaling a business or major business unit, including P&amp;L responsibility.</li><li>
Strong understanding of enterprise storage and data management, software-defined storage, cloud-native architectures, and high-performance file systems.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to align product management, R&amp;D, and customer-facing teams toward clear outcomes.</li><li>
