</b></p><p>The Production Planner plays an important role within the production planning department, leveraging extensive experience and an understanding of business needs to handle the planning of resources for assigned product lines. The Production Planner plans, measures, and monitors capacities of a product line within the organization. The Production planner forecasts and plans capacity requirements to ensure alignment with department, and acts on variances from production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand The Production Planner resolves issues related to the planning of individual production lines. They play a vital role in problem-solving within Oracle ERP and provide guidance to junior team members on department best practices.

<div><ul><li>Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related degree required.</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required. Previous experience performing in a planning role preferred.</li>
<li>Must have basic knowledge of Health planning guides and codes.</li>
<li>Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.</li>
<li>LEED accreditation preferred.</li>
<li>Must be able to participate the development of projects' technical or design characteristics and content.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with the project team and client is essential.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam required.</li>

This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. Health Planner II

<div><p>The Production Laborer is under the direction of the shift supervisor and will primarily be responsible for assembly of products using established production procedures, following safety protocol and adhering to company&rsquo;s quality standards.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
</li><li>Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
</li><li>Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements

</li><li>Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
