</b></p><ul><li>Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures</li><li>
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance</li><li>
Monthly and Quarterly Financial reports</li><li>
Act as OneStream administrator to assist with accurate reporting of all financials in the application and assisting accounting teams in submission of their forecast and budget scenarios</li><li>
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives</li><li>
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes</li><li>
Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis</li><li>
Provide FP&amp;A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.</li><li>
Partner directly with the Finance team and regional FP&amp;A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.</li><li>
Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.</li><li>
Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.</li><li>
Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.</li><li>
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.</li><li>

SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES
</b></p><p><b>Education: </b>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting</p><p><b>
Experience:</b>
</p><ul><li><ul><li>Five+ years in accounting and finance sector</li><li>
Two+ years working in OneStream Application</li><li>
Ability to deliver clear and concise written and verbal communication of results.
</li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate with people operating at all levels of the company in a variety of situations</li><li>
Exceptional computer skills in the operation of all programs used by the organization including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul></li></ul><p>
