Role Summary</h2>
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The role involves translating complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making, and driving data-driven culture across the organization.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.</li><li>
Reporting &amp; Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).</li><li>
KPI Definition: Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and business metrics aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.</li><li>
Data Quality: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple systems.</li><li>
Strategic Insights: Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.</li><li>
Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, data dictionaries, and process documentation.</li><li>
Mentorship: Guide junior analysts and contribute to building analytical capabilities within the team.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Skills</h2><ul><li>
Advanced SQL: Expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.</li><li>
Excel Mastery: Strong proficiency in advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.</li><li>
BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization platforms.</li><li>
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.</li><li>
Visualization Skills: Expertise in designing intuitive and impactful dashboards and reports.</li><li>
Data Governance: Understanding of data quality frameworks, lineage, and compliance standards.</li><li>
