What You'll Do Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member. Phone Management: Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed. Coordination: Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. Schedule: Tuesday &amp; Thursday 12:00pm to 7:00pm (additional hours may be available to help with coverage) Pay starting at $15.00-18.00/hour based on experience. Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday! What We're Looking For Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems.
