Mark Thomas is growing and adding a Marketing Manager to our team! The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for supervising the positioning and capture of projects in a specific region or segment(s) of the organization, in line with the company&rsquo;s strategic and financial goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Works with regional leadership and Business Developers to develop strategic client and pursuit plans</li>
<li>Leads capture planning meetings and monitors tactical action plans</li>
<li>Leads the development of value propositions and key messaging</li>
<li>Provides leadership and mentorship for Marketing Assistants, Marketing Coordinators, and Proposal Managers within the region, as applicable</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience, with at least 8-10+ years of progressive A/E/C marketing experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated proposal writing, editing, and desktop publishing skills - high level of knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite</li>
<li>Experience developing successful differentiation strategies</li>
<li>Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under pressure and tight deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage staff, including positively mentoring and coaching direct reports</li>

About The Role:

The Content Architect sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, operations, and performance. This role owns OluKai&rsquo;s content engine&mdash;defining how the brand shows up editorially across every channel, from social and E-commerce to owned retail, wholesale, and events.

This is not just a content management role. The Content Architect brings editorial vision, builds scalable systems and standards, and drives content performance with a data-informed mindset. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
1. Editorial Strategy &amp; Brand Vision

Johnson &amp; Johnson&rsquo;s MedTech (JJMT) Electrophysiology Group is recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join its Global Strategic Marketing team in Irvine, California.
Atrial fibrillation (AFIB) is a quivering or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications. More than 50 million worldwide suffer from AFIB each year. JJMT is the global leader in the science of diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders and is committed to changing the trajectory of AFIB healthcare. The company established its leadership in electrophysiology through ground-breaking innovation of the first real-time, 3D cardiac mapping and navigation technology, as well as the first electrophysiology catheter! DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio commercialization strategy for the pulsed-field ablation therapeutics NPI portfolio aligned with the overall business goals.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional and US, EMEA and APAC regional teams to ensure consistent and impactful commercialization across all marketing channels.</li><li>
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities. Utilize insights to refine messaging and positioning of portfolio products.</li><li>
Develop value proposition (positioning and promotion) for new product/solution introductions, as well as formulate clinical claims development for new products, working with medical science and clinical specialists</li><li>
Drive holistic portfolio-level messaging and claims that resonate with target audiences. Lead disease state level workstreams and efforts to effectively communicate the nuances within specific therapeutic areas and the associated messaging and evidence needs</li><li>
Drive the cross-functional and cross-organizational delivery of the strategy and global product portfolio marketing plans, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or relative experience is required. Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A.) is highly preferred.</li><li>
6 + years of related business experience in Electrophysiology or medical device marketing</li><li>
Previous experience in Medical Device or healthcare environment, with proven ability to learn complex technology and clinical applications is required.</li><li>
Experience developing and launching new products is required. The successful candidate will collaborate with US sales and OUS commercial organizations to execute plans and successfully launch programs and products.</li><li>
Experience in strategic marketing is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Previous experience in Healthcare Hardware Portfolio is highly preferred.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Strong financial acumen.</li><li>
Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment.</li><li>
Worldwide or international experience preferred.</li><li>
20% travel including weekends (domestic and international).</li><li>
Proven behaviors as a strong partner and team player, especially with functions including global education, R&amp;D, commercial field leadership, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs and operations/planning/manufacturing.</li><li>

The salary range is 102,000.00 - 177,000.00 USD Annual
