The Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the development and execution of retail marketing programs, campaigns, activations, and strategic partnerships that drive traffic, engagement, capture rate, and sales across all store formats. This role serves as a cross-functional connector, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, operationally executable, and performance-driven, while supporting both street store growth and gym-based marketing opportunities.</p>
