Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.</li><li>

Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD).
</li><li>Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.

Obtain vital signs prior to reinfusion; perform all relevant functions necessary for the discontinuation of treatment - document.

</li><li>Record accurate and timely information regarding vital signs and treatment parameters onto the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet with initial identification
</li><li>Responsible for accurate documentation of information related to patient treatment including completion of Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and, if applicable, progress notes.
</li><li>Report any significant information and/or change in patient condition directly to the registered nurse or supervisor.</li><li>
Observe patient and conduct machine safety checks according to facility policy. Report any change or unusual findings to the registered nurse or supervisor.</li><li>
Perform and document any intervention for unusual patient status and document patients' response to intervention.</li><li>
Evaluate patients&rsquo; vascular access during treatment including arterial and venous monitoring pressures, provide appropriate intervention as needed, document and report any unusual findings to the registered nurse or supervisor.</li><li>
Obtain all prescribed laboratory testing and prepare specimens for collection.
</li><li>Ensure that all blood spills are immediately cleaned with appropriate disinfectant according to facility policy.

Your Ability to Make a Difference:
<ul><li>Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.</li>
<li>Client Education &amp; Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.</li>
<li>Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.</li>
<li>Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan&rsquo;s standards of professionalism.</li>

Position Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan&rsquo;s established medical protocols</li>
<li>Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results</li>
<li>Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments</li>
<li>Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate</li>
<li>Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service</li>
<li>Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records</li>
<li>Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation</li>
<li>Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction</li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required</li>
<li>For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required</li>
<li>Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently</li>
<li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations</li>
