   Maintain and update the Bank&rsquo;s critical role inventory in collaboration with business leaders.

   Support succession planning processes and track bench strength and readiness levels.

   Identify succession gaps and talent exposure risks across business units.

   Conduct flight risk analysis using performance, tenure, engagement, and mobility data.
