 Specific research duties will include experimentation in a variety of areas spanning chemistry, biochemistry, and cancer cell biology. The primary area of research focus is deregulated cell death and transcriptional pathways in cancer, with a major interest in overcoming chemoresistance through the development and application of novel chemical tools and prototype therapeutics.

The focus of this individual&rsquo;s work will be evaluating new therapeutic targets in a combination of mouse xenograft and cell line models, and analyze clinical breast tissue samples. Additional duties include lab maintenance and organization.
