Your duties and responsibilities include, but not limited, to the following;</p><p>1. Develop Sales Strategy and ensure attainment of given Sales Goals and Profitability in Budgeted Guidelines.</p><p>2. Identify and target prospective Members and Corporate Clients through various Sales Strategies such as Cold Calling, Networking and Referrals and discuss the daily activities to Assistant Director of Sales &amp; Marketing on daily basis.</p><p>3.Build Strong Relationships with New and Existing Clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.</p><p>4.Conduct Presentations, Property Tours, and Demonstrations of property facilities to potential members and clients.</p><p>5.Promote and Sell Membership Packages, Event Hosting Opportunities, and Property Services.</p><p>6. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies to meet or exceed Monthly and Annual Sales Targets.</p><p>7. Maintain strong relationships with Members and Clients by providing Excellent Customer Service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.</p><p>8. Stay informed of Property's Events, Promotions, and Updates to communicate them effectively to Clients.</p><p>9. Conduct market research to stay informed of Trends, Competitors, and Customer Preferences in the Hospitality industry.</p><p>10. Identify New Business Opportunities and Innovative Sales tactics to keep the Property competitive in the Marketplace</p><p>11. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports and update Assistant Director of Sales &amp; Marketing on Sales Performance and Pipeline Development.</p><p>12. Collaborate with other Departments to Coordinate Promotional Activities, Events and Campaigns.</p><p>13. Ensure all Sales activities comply with the Property&rsquo;s policies and Standards.</p><p>Qualifications Required</p><p>1. Degree in Sales &amp; Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.</p><p>2. Proven experience in Sales within the Hotel industry, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.</p><p>3. Experience required: Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality industry.</p><p>4. Strong understanding of Hotel Operations &amp; meet Sales Targets.</p><p>5. Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish Trust with Clients and Colleagues.</p><p>Skills required</p><p>1. Team Player.</p><p>2. Analytical thinker.</p><p>3. A confident personality that will allow the incumbent to deal with third parties. e.g. Members, Guests &amp; Prospective Clients.</p><p>4. Self-corresponding.</p><p>5. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.</p><p>6. Should be able to gather data and prepare reports.</p><p>7. Should have Qatar Driving License.</p><p>8.
