About the RoleWe are looking for a SCADA &amp; ELV Technician to join our team to handle SCADA systems as well as ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SCADA operations, ELV panel assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring seamless performance of control and automation systems.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assemble, install, test, and commission ELV panels and systems.</li><li>Perform daily monitoring, operation, and maintenance of SCADA systems and related field devices.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues in SCADA and ELV systems.</li><li>Assist in configuration, calibration, and integration of SCADA devices and ELV systems.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of SCADA and ELV systems.</li><li>Generate system reports, alarm analysis, and performance logs.</li><li>Respond promptly to system faults and provide on-site technical support when required.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, IT, and field teams to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance, installations, configurations, and commissioning activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety standards and technical specifications.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience with SCADA systems and ELV systems.</li><li>Practical experience in ELV panel assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning.</li><li>Knowledge of RTUs, PLCs, sensors, and communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, DNP3).</li><li>Experience with SCADA software (e.g., Wonderware, Siemens, Schneider, ABB).</li><li>Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to work on-site and respond to emergency maintenance needs.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>SCADA and ELV system troubleshooting</li><li>ELV panel assembly and testing</li><li>Understanding of industrial automation systems</li><li>Basic networking and communication protocols knowledge</li><li>Attention to detail and accurate documentation</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Certifications (Optional)<ul><li>SCADA/PLC vendor certifications</li><li>Electrical license or technical certification</li><li>ELV system training or certifications</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may apply via Indeed with an updated CV.
