  </strong>

  We're seeking professionals who have:

    UPDA/MMUP Certification

   Minimum of 10 years of experience in

    Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, or Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects
   </strong>

   Strong technical expertise in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or ELV disciplines
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Good understanding of international engineering standards and best practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery

</b></p><ul><li>Builds positive working relationships with external parties such as the customer, suppliers, and contractors.
</li><li>Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.

</li><li>Monitor design activities, interdisciplinary data flow and communications.
</li><li>Responsible for design basis, design scopes and subsequent performance
</li><li>Manage, technical evaluations, risks identification, mitigation &amp; control, project deliverables review, scope control &amp; managing project variations, recovery planning, construction, commissioning, &amp; project handover.
</li><li>Prepare Project Scope Statement.
</li><li>Design reviews and technical review meetings are scheduled, well documented and actions closed out.
</li><li>Client approvals are achieved without delay or rework.
</li><li>Consistently achieve above average client satisfaction rating for technical delivery.
</li><li>Management of disciplines to achieve scope completion at or below budget.
</li><li>Prompt claims identification, quantification and justification provided to project manager.
</li></ul><p><b>HSE Capability:
</b></p><ul><li>Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.
</li><li>Demonstrate behaviour and business practices commensurate with a culture of world&rsquo;s best health, safety and environmental performance.
</li></ul><p><b>Education &ndash; Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
</b></p><ul><li>Full-Time Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
</li><li>MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period.
</li><li>Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage
</li></ul><p><b>Industry Specific Experience:
</b></p><ul><li>Extensive work experience in onshore projects at a senior level within the Oil &amp; Gas industry.
</li><li>Must have experience of working with multidisciplinary teams
</li><li>Must have well developed engineering planning skills
</li><li>Preferably Middle East experience
</li><li>Experience working with an international engineering consultancy
</li><li>Experience in interface management with Statutory authorities and external stakeholders
</li><li>Strong experience in brownfield environment
</li><li>Mandatory experience in Pre-FEED and FEED phase
