Duties and Responsibilities:
The work focuses on neurobehavioral systems, using molecular genetic manipulations to probe neural cellular and circuit function and, ultimately, behavior depending on demands of a given experiment, research responsibilities will include varying combinations of the following:<ul><li>
Handling of research rodents, stereotaxic surgery and monitoring during recovery, behavioral testing, in vivo fiber
</li><li>photometry and electrophysiology, anatomic circuit tracing, neurohistology, microscopy, and data analysis.</li><li>
Experience with procedures and analysis of data utilizing genetically encoded biosensors and in vivo physiology is critical.</li><li>

Trade Marketing &amp; Client Experience:<ul><li>
Direct an annual trade marketing calendar aligned with enterprise priorities, executing high-impact campaigns across owned, earned, and paid B2B channels to drive year-round marketplace visibility and demand generation</li><li>
Develop and direct the core messaging for trade marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid B2B channels&mdash;including trade media, digital marketing and industry platforms&mdash;ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our premium positioning</li><li>
Conceptualize immersive and differentiated experiences that strengthen relationships and position FOX News Media as a premium, innovative brand while partnering with the Events team to bring positioning to life</li><li>
Lead strategic planning of tentpole trade events, industry conferences, and Ad Sales experiences; own the messaging architecture, stakeholder alignment, and visual branding</li><li>
Oversee the trade marketing digital footprint, including the website, email marketing programs, and content management, while establishing a regular reporting cadence to track performance</li><li>
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify high-value thought-leadership opportunities and strategically align moments where news and business talent can organically represent the brand in the marketplace</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>
Serve as a senior lead for sales enablement and trade marketing, actively prioritizing projects that move the needle on revenue</li><li>

Collaborate with the VP and HR to design tailored professional development and internal training plans for your team</li></ul></li></ul>
WHAT YOU WILL NEED<ul><li>
Experience at an agency, media company, or sales organization, with a proven history of owning creative and presentation development</li><li>
Experience in television, digital, new media, events and project management, paired with a genuine interest in the news, business, and lifestyle categories</li><li>
A sophisticated understanding of the modern digital TV ecosystem, streaming strategies, programmatic, and OTT/CTV platforms a plus</li><li>
Experience with syndicated/custom research tools (Nielsen, Comscore, etc.) and a unique ability to transform numbers into an undeniable, distinct sales story</li><li>
Polished presentation skills and exceptional, concise writing and proofreading abilities</li><li>
Deep knowledge of media buying, planning functions, and modern ad formats&mdash;programming, talent, and media relations workflow familiarity a plus</li><li>
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, hands-on experience using current AI tools to optimize workflow, and a willingness to travel and jump into action on weekends when short-notice opportunities arise</li></ul>

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-167,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
