<li>Troubleshoot and make corrections as required to all control systems including hydraulic system, mechanical system, pneumatic system, electrical and electronic system and the programmable controls

After the resident has moved-in, he/she may be required to review the entire apartment checklist with the resident, provide instructions for the use of all facilities and appliances, and correct any problems. If the problem requires a part or is not repairable immediately, a notation is made on the checklist.</li><li>
A resident survey that queries the conditions of the apartments and the residents&rsquo; perceptions of the services RMC provides is administered and distributed from the main office annually. Responsible for rectifying any deficiencies noted on the responses and assures residents&rsquo; satisfaction with the service.</li><li>
Respond promptly to fire alarms, ensuring proper handling of the situation in coordination with the fire department and building management.</li><li>
Record Keeping: Keep detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and emergencies that occur during after-hours shifts.</li><li>
Fire Alarm Response: Be the first responder to fire alarms, ensuring the building is evacuated if necessary and working in coordination with fire department personnel to resolve any issues.</li><li>
Coordinate with Contractors: When necessary, contact and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or emergencies that require additional expertise.</li><li>
Weather-Related Duties: Monitor weather conditions, particularly snowfall, and manage salting of walkways, parking lots, and common areas during inclement weather.</li></ul></li><li>

Job Summary</b></p>
Under the direction of a staff pharmacist and/or pharmacy leadership team, follow established policies and procedures to perform a variety of routine support tasks that are integral to the operation of the pharmacy department. Tasks include, but are not limited to, preparing and distributing unit-dose medications, outpatient prescriptions, and stock orders, while maintaining the safe handling and integrity of medications. Tasks may also include responsibilities of technical training and participation in departmental projects. Staffing assignments will include roles throughout the central pharmacy and designated specialized pharmacy areas.
