 The Social Media Assistant / Content Creator is responsible for ensuring that all the social media and is handled in an efficient manner. High ethical standards are necessary to maintain both competitive advantage and the pride and confidence of our associates in quality products and services to customers and clients.
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Social media content creation and planning. Ability to create engaging and impactful content for hotel&rsquo;s social media channels and work together with photographers, videographers and creatives to create content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage an effective social media strategy to support the overall business objectives for the property. Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company&rsquo;s brand identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement the social media calendar for the hotel and F&amp;B accounts in line with the hotel&rsquo;s key messages, promotions, and marketing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media strategies for optimal results.
 </li>

 Explore various promotional opportunities: influencer collaborations, marketing collaborations and brand activations.
 </li>

 Suggest initiatives for social media campaigns and activations to increase brand engagement and revenue.
 </li>

 Ensure all content and social media strategies are aligned with brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute short and long-term campaign goals, set target KPIs and manage accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with the operational departments in communicating and management of all F&amp;B, Rooms and Spa related packages and promotions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct social media audits and suggest proactive improvements on social media channels. Evaluate and effectively communicate the social media performance to the Hotel Management.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/ Diploma in Social Media / Marketing / Digital Marketing or related filed.

 At least 2 years&rsquo; experience in social media and content creation

 Strong creative skills and proven track record producing content, campaigns and promotional materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
