Serve as the portfolio lead for influencer video editing across the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio, providing expert direction and hands-on execution for all influencer video content.</li><li>
Edit and optimize influencer video content for organic and paid usage across all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>
Ensure all video edits align with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and performance objectives</li><li>
Stay deeply attuned to social and cultural trends, emerging formats, and new editing styles; proactively champion creative standards, advocate for innovative video solutions, and represent influencer content priorities in portfolio-wide planning and cross-functional forums.</li><li>
Apply a strong understanding of paid vs. organic video requirements, including safe zones, aspect ratios, captions, hooks, pacing, and platform-specific rules</li><li>
Partner closely with Influencer Marketing, Social, Paid Media, and MLRC (Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance) teams to ensure edits are compliant and ready for multi-channel deployment</li><li>
Manage and execute video revisions efficiently based on internal, legal, and influencer feedback</li><li>
Establish and maintain best practices for influencer video editing, including templates, workflows, and creative guidelines</li><li>
Support rapid turnarounds for timely moments, launches, and tentpole campaigns</li><li>
Ensure final assets are optimized for performance, clarity, and engagement while maintaining a premium aesthetic consistent with the portfolio</li><li>
Maintain organization of video assets and versions to support reuse and amplification across channels</li><li>
Stay current on platform updates, ad policies, and compliance requirements related to video editing and paid media usage</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in film, media, marketing, communications, or related field</li><li>
7+ years of experience in video editing, social-first content, or digital media, preferably within influencer, brand, or agency environments</li><li>
Expert-level proficiency in in-platform video editing (e.g., smartphone) and professional editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar)</li><li>
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance-driven video editing for both organic and paid media</li><li>
Strong familiarity with platform rules, ad specifications, and compliance considerations across social channels</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Highly collaborative, with experience partnering across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization</li><li>
Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to balance speed with quality</li><li>
Experience working with influencer content and regulated industries is a strong plus</li></ul>
