Job Summary 
 
ZOLL Itamar is seeking an experienced product leader to own the direction, business requirements, performance, and continuous improvement of key software solution products across the division. This role sits at the intersection of business, information systems, analytics, and software development, ensuring that software products are aligned to commercial and operational priorities and deliver measurable business value. 
 
The Principal Product Manager will combine the capabilities of a senior software product manager, business requirements leader, and cross-functional solution owner. The individual will translate business needs into clear requirements for IS and development teams, prioritize enhancements, define and track product KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve adoption, workflow efficiency, and overall performance. The role will work closely with teams supporting platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI, as well as internal development teams responsible for server-based software applications. The role also requires effective collaboration with Israel-based development teams, including occasional overlap with Israel business hours and travel to Israel as needed. 
 
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Product ownership and roadmap:</li><li>
Own the business-facing strategy, roadmap, and enhancement pipeline for assigned software solution products.</li><li>

Performance measurement and continuous improvement:</li><li>

Manage and refine the product backlog in partnership with IS and software development teams.</li><li>

Required/Preferred Education and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field required</li><li>
10+ years of relevant experience in software product management, business systems, product ownership, business analysis, or related roles required</li><li>

The annual salary for this position is:
$150,000.00 to $224,000.00
This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. <div>Position Purpose:
The Staff Software Engineer is responsible for leading a team of engineers building and designing a product that our customers and associates love. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team with engineers of all experience levels who help each other build and grow technical and leadership skills while creating, deploying, and supporting production applications. In addition, Staff Software Engineers will assist in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring. 
Staff Software Engineers contribute to foundational code elements that can be reused as well as architectural diagrams and other product-related documentation.

 Position Purpose
 
 
 
 This Software Engineer Manager will be on the Galaxy Team. The purpose of Galaxy is to be the central, secure, self-service portal where engineering teams at Home Depot create, operate, and observe their cloud workloads and related infrastructure, rather than managing those pieces directly and manually across many separate systems. The team is a group of engineers that uses Golang and React to develop portal. There is front end and back end work involved. It is used broadly by the entire engineering organization at THD. The team continues to add functionality to reduce friction and make things easier for the engineering community.
