Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Camp Boss to oversee and manage the overall operations of staff accommodation facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day camp operations, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and promote a comfortable living environment for employees. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage all camp operations, including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance</li><li>Ensure camp facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and local regulations</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair and upkeep</li><li>Manage camp staff (cleaners, cooks, security, etc.)</li><li>Maintain occupancy records and prepare regular reports</li><li>Handle employee grievances related to accommodation and welfare</li><li>Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and inventory levels</li><li>Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations are strictly followed</li><li>Liaise with HR and site management regarding camp-related matters</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in camp management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role</li><li>Experience managing large workforce accommodations (e.g., 500+ occupants)</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in construction, oil &amp; gas, or industrial projects</li><li>Knowledge of local municipality and labor accommodation regulations</li><li>Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control</li></ul>
