 Kinwell is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Westlake clinic in Seattle, WA.
 
 
 The Patient Care Coordinator will manage all aspects of the patient greeting and check-in. As the initial Kinwell representative, this individual will assist with prepping charts for daily appointments, manage the patient&rsquo;s appointment scheduler, maintain the cleanliness and supplies in the patient reception and waiting area, communicate arrival times to teammates and assist with check-out and follow up duties for patients.  Lastly, this position will provide phone support for Kinwell's Call Center as needed, submit Health Information Management (HIM) requests and manage faxed documents sent to Kinwell.
 
 
 
 This role qualifies for an additional +7.5% pay differential for employees assigned to a home location in a qualifying Kinwell Clinic, which is currently our Ballard, Denny Way, and Westlake clinics.

As our Manager, Coding, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the activities for multiple value streams within the revenue cycle. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, documenting process flows, coordinating changes, and effectively resolving issues.
 
 
Every day you will provide ongoing input in the strategic planning of business requirements and corporate objectives for the Revenue Cycle. You will be responsible for developing new, leaner processes and integrating the necessary systems changes to support these new processes.
 
 
To be successful in this role, you will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes and regulations, as well as all third-party payer policies. You will demonstrate strong leadership in coding, fostering both accuracy and efficiency across all operations.

Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience plus a minimum of ten (10) years healthcare experience (including five (5) years of increasingly responsible management experience in healthcare).</li><li>
Certification as Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC or Coding Credential through AHIMA.</li><li>
Experience in a clinic/hospital financial operations, exceptional interpersonal skills and an emphasis on customer service.</li><li>
Skilled in team dynamics and consensus building.</li><li>
Ability to be decisive while preserving a working relationship with key stakeholders, previous experience managing a large and/or complex department budget.</li><li>
Proficient skills in problem solving and process flow coordination.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of billing guidelines as well as Federal and State billing regulations.</li><li>
Experience developing systems solutions and project management.</li></ul><div>
