<li>Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.</li>
<li>Educating our customers on all the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer.</li>
<li>Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.</li>
<li>Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers&rsquo; needs.</li>
<li>Assisting the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.</li>
<li>Completing all required training as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and NW Cellular.</li>

<li>Developing your professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that would lead to career advancement opportunities at NW Cellular.</li></ul><br>
<div><b>At NW Cellular </b>we require our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associates candidates to have the following skills and experience:</div><br>
<ul><li>1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other Wireless business.</li>
<li>Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred.</li>
<li>Bilingual is a huge PLUS!</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.</li>
<li>Must be willing to submit to a background check.</li>
