We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Key Account Manager &ndash; Connected Customer Solutions (CCS) to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers through a hybrid engagement model combining digital, remote, and field collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with key clinics, labs, and customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience across Straumann&rsquo;s full portfolio of solutions.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and develop strategic relationships with assigned key accounts, ensuring long-term partnership and business growth.</li><li>Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling, upselling, and portfolio expansion opportunities across Straumann solutions.</li><li>Develop and execute account plans aligned with commercial objectives and customer needs.</li><li>Engage customers through a hybrid approach (remote engagement, digital channels, and coordinated field activities).</li><li>Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Clinical Education, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.</li><li>Lead customer business reviews, performance tracking, and opportunity pipeline management.</li><li>Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement records in CRM systems.</li><li>Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications &amp; Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles (healthcare / medical device experience preferred).</li><li>Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex customer portfolios and drive commercial growth.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.</li><li>Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and planning skills.</li><li>Fluent in Turkish; English is an advantage.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

 acquisition and management of regional hotel partners
 
 across Turkey. With your extensive experience in key account management, you maintain
 
 national and international customer relationships
 
 in a structured, analytical, and strategic way. Your background in hospitality or tourism supports you in
 
 identifying and acquiring new partners
 
 specifically for the Turkish market. In addition, you are responsible for
 
 content maintenance and planning promotional activities

 Your Responsibilities

 Acquisition of new hotel partners (hotel chains and independent hotels), including

 international source markets
 
 </li>

 Maintenance of content in the
 
 internal CMS
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning, execution, and coordination of
 
 customer campaigns

 Market and customer analyses for the Turkish market

 Implementation of strategies including
 
 performance monitoring

 Documentation of sales activities and
 
 CRM maintenance

 Your Profile
 
 <ul>

 Several years of experience in
 
 hospitality key account management
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven negotiation skills and strong motivation for
 
 new customer acquisition
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional experience in
 
 purchasing (hotels or OTAs)
 
 is a plus

 Deep industry knowledge in
 
 leisure hospitality
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
 </li>

 Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
