</b></p><p>The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the correct supply base is selected for each of the assigned commodities, while ensuring that cost reduction targets and supplier performance goals are met. </b></p><p>The Sourcing Manager position plays a vital role in the sourcing of materials required for the production of S&amp;C products. The Sourcing Manager oversees a portfolio of material suppliers and serves the needs of internal customers for the acquisition of industrial materials, components, and assemblies.

</b></p><ul><li>Partner with departmental leaders to implement a global sourcing strategy for the categories/commodities based on industry and market trends and conditions and continue to assess in the medium/long term (3-5 years) horizon.
