Ensures to get correct DOA approval as per total order value and accordingly release order to concern approved supplier.</li><li>
Fleet Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supplier selection providing best price, minimum delivery lead time from Register of Approved Companies.</li><li>
Ensure all shelf life items are procured from fresh stock with a minimum of 80 % SL remaining.</li><li>
Make sure to receive order acknowledgement from supplier within 7 days from order release and follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure overall overdue orders should not exceed beyond 5%.</li><li>
Expedite overdue orders, potential shortage, MDD item orders with Manufacturers/Vendors/Suppliers to ensure supply is made to support operations and mitigate the risk of spares non-availability.</li><li>
Monitor un-fulfilled loan and exchange orders, process the exchange out &amp; loan return transactions and make sure that units are getting delivered to supplier within the stipulated time frame.</li><li>
Communicate and Provide support for Light and Heavy Maintenance events and interact with relevant stakeholders to meet service expectations.</li><li>
Consult and liaise with the aircraft / component manufacturer and repair agencies regarding technical data to resolve or clarify issues related to the parts used during repairs of aircraft parts, tooling and other materials.</li><li>
Management of units in accordance with QR policy, which are declared &ldquo;Beyond Economical Repair&rdquo; units (BER) or technically not repairable by supplier.</li><li>
Keep liaison between accounts payable team, stores quality team to monitor and close outstanding invoices and discrepancy units within 10 days after notification.</li><li>
Communicate and follow up with logistics team, freight forwarders for clearance of air/sea/road consignments.</li><li>
Ensure all one time offer contracts, exchange / loan agreements are being uploaded in QCAS &amp; all relevant details are filled for review with Qatar Airways contracts team.</li><li>
Provide assistance to the AOG desk to clear demands by determining if required parts are available on next higher or lower assemblies as available in stock.</li><li>
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute improving support to customers.</li><li>
Ensure that TPM and departmental procedures are strictly followed for compliance Carry out any other duties within the supply chain section as directed by the FSCO and escalate unsettled issues to FSCO where necessary.</li><li>

The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting the sales cycle for manpower supply services.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation &amp; Sales Support</b></p><ul><li>Identify potential clients for manpower supply and staffing services</li><li>Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and site visits</li><li>Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents</li><li>Support senior BD team in closing deals</li></ul><p><b>2. Client Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Communicate with clients to understand manpower requirements</li><li>Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and payments</li><li>Maintain good relationships with existing clients</li></ul><p><b>3. Market Research</b></p><ul><li>Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities</li><li>Identify target sectors (Construction, MEP, Oil &amp; Gas, FM, etc.)</li></ul><p><b>4. Internal Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate with recruitment team for candidate sourcing and deployment</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of manpower as per client requirements</li></ul><p><b>5. Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads and activities</li></ul><p><b>RequirementsQualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</li></ul><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li><b>2&ndash;3 years</b> experience in business development, sales, or recruitment</li><li>Experience in manpower supply or staffing industry is preferred</li></ul><p><b>Skills</b></p><ul><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of manpower/recruitment processes</li><li>Ability to generate leads and follow up consistently</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Target-oriented and proactive approach</li></ul><p><b>Key KPIs</b></p><ul><li>Number of leads generated</li><li>Client meetings arranged</li><li>Conversion ratio (lead to client)</li><li>Support in revenue generation</li></ul><p><b>Additional Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul><p>Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month</p><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>Are you familiar with the Qatar/GCC market and industries like Construction, MEP, or Oil &amp; Gas?</li><li>Are you able to join immediately or within a short notice period?
